I am a finance professional with 15 years of experience working in Corporate FP&A environments across multiple industries. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, capital allocation, budgeting, forecasting, strategic decision-making, and understanding the financial drivers that influence organizational performance.
After spending the majority of my professional career in corporate finance, I am now transitioning into the multifamily real estate arena with a broader entrepreneurial vision: to leverage the financial knowledge and analytical discipline developed throughout my corporate career to build, acquire, and participate in income-producing real estate investments.
My move into multifamily real estate represents a natural extension of my financial background. Rather than relying solely on traditional earned income, I am focused on creating multiple revenue streams and building long-term wealth through asset ownership, strategic investing, and disciplined capital deployment.
With an institutional mindset shaped by 15 years in Corporate FP&A, I approach multifamily investing through the lens of financial discipline, risk management, cash-flow generation, and long-term value creation. My objective is to apply the principles of institutional finance to the individual investor and private capital space — bringing a thoughtful, analytical, and disciplined approach to real estate investing.
